    Ubeya Clocks On

    New features and appointments for engagement solution.

    Employee management software provider Ubeya, who specialise in employee engagement and retention, has announced the appointment of Mark Doyle as the head of sales EMEA. “Mark’s proven track record of leading and scaling sales operations in the staffing world will play a major role in the company’s mission to create value in the on-demand ecosystem,” says CEO Omri Dekalo. Mark brings 10 years of industry experience to Ubeya, formerly heading sales at TempBuddy before co-founding and working as the chief sales officer at Realday.

    Ubeya has also expanded its system’s capabilities adding a dedicated Business owners app to both the Apple App Store and Google Play. The new app aims to optimise the managerial experience and reduce time on admin, providing a full scope of employee operations (scheduling, time capture, chat, and more) at a moment’s notice.

    Finally, the company has deployed its QR code clock-in feature, allowing event planners and managers to quickly and easily clock in hundreds of employees in a matter of minutes. The aim of this feature, according to Dekalo, is “to completely change the employee and employer experience when working and managing high-volume events, beginning with clocking employees in and getting them to start their shifts as quickly as possible.”
